Yoga for every new beginning
-
Personalized
Each session is tailored to your specific physical, mental, and emotional needs. Together we will identify and overcome your barriers to practicing yoga by targeting specific parts of the body, poses, and injuries. I will meet you where you are.
-
Empowering
The practice of yoga will help you recognize and embrace your own strength, confidence, and capability. I will remind you of your inner power and give you a safe, supported space to access it.
-
Integrative
I believe feeling better starts with the brain to body connection. I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as pranayama, mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more to transform your practice.

This class follows the restorative Yin Yoga principles of finding stillness in the mind, body, and breath. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with less poses per class. Yin is designed to target the fascia, connective tissue, ligaments, and joints instead of heating muscles. This is a great compliment to any physical activity, especially runners and strength training. Yin Yoga is a great option for beginners, intermediate, or advanced as it is accessible to all levels.
